The spacious living area of about 35 m² combines living, dining, and cooking in an open-plan concept. A stylish kitchenette is integrated and leaves nothing to be desired. The solid oak plank floor, freshly oiled, creates a natural and warm atmosphere, which is further enhanced by the wood stove (9 kW) – perfect for cozy evenings, complemented by the existing central heating.
The modern daylight bathroom is equipped with dark tiles and a comfortable underfloor heating system. Additionally, a separate, high-quality toilet is available.
A special highlight is the 13 m² terrace with direct access to the garden – ideal for a morning coffee or relaxing breaks in the greenery. Thanks to its southeast orientation, you enjoy pleasant daylight from early morning until midday.
